This policy explains how Krishiv Home Appliances LLP (“we”) handles information for Rent Ledger.

Data you enter in the App

Properties, tenants, leases and transactions you enter are stored only in your browser on your device. They are never sent to us or to any third party.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, payment and billing details to complete the purchase, calculate tax and provide receipts, under Paddle's privacy policy. We receive order information (such as your email and order ID) so we can issue and support your licence.

Licence checks

When you activate Pro, the App sends your licence key to our server to confirm it is valid. We store the key, its activation count and the order reference. We do not use this for marketing.

Hosting and logs

The App is served by Cloudflare. Like any website, standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by Cloudflare for security and reliability.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The App uses your browser's local storage only to keep your own data on your device.

Your rights

You can delete all App data at any time from Settings → Erase everything, or by clearing your browser's site data. To ask about order information we hold, email krishivhomeappliances@gmail.com.
